Adding an Icon on the desktop for opening a New Sales Invoice instead of List View

Hi all,
I want to add an Icon on the Desktop for opening a New Sales invoice directly instead of List View
How can I achieve this ?

Currently this feature is not available in the system, but good feature, make it and contribute this feature
