Add search fields for item doctype

hello,
if i want to add a search field as follows in the picture how to do so , if somebody can help!

so i can be able to search items by name and not by code , i don’t want to use the filter section under , i need to make it visible from top

Go to Customize Form and just check the in standard Filter option for Item Name
