Add new Item Price error

I was stuck at here, I can not add new Item anymore, I don’t know how to remove this block

This will happen if you use data import. Has been fixed in v5

You will have to manually update the series for this:

https://erpnext.com/kb/setup/naming-series-current-value

Waiting to update my v4 to v5
