When student pass this academic year and move to next, or fail

Hello;

How to manage the success (passing) or the fail (drop) in the academic year program for the student?
Is there a tool to determine if that student is allowed to pass to the level or not?

For example: if the student in program of elementary 1 and he failed (did not pass), so he should not be allowed to go for program of elementary 2 (second level) because he did not pass elementary 1. How to manage this?

Hi @bghayad
Right now there isn’t any restriction on the promotion. You have to manually create the different program enrollment in that case.
