In your screenshot you have the “Purpose” field listed as “Material Issue”

Material Issue is a way to get items out of inventory and it is a one-way transaction. Notice that it only lists a “Default Source Warehouse” and no destination warehouse. This is sometimes useful to dispose of expired materials or otherwise written-off supplies.

In the “Purpose Field” you need to select “Materials Transfer for Manufacturing” and then your items will show up in whatever you have designated as the work in progress warehouse.
