Is there a way to change the date of a sales order or purchase order

This is for investigation purposes. lets say i want to create a sales order that was created in January 13 2019 and submitted in January 14 2019. is this possible?

Yes - if it has already been submitted, you need to cancel+amend+resubmit. You can edit the “posting date” to whatever you need
