I would like to give accses for patients to see history and book appointments.

I don’t think that’s available out of box, but you can always request a feature by creating an issue with detailed specifications on GitHub

it’s a healthcare timeline, Patients can view their complete medical history including visits, appointments, vital signs, etc.
plus Enable patients to register online and fill-in patient-based forms. Patients can easily book online and choose the specialty and doctor.
