Attachment renaming problem

helo,

incoming email works great at our latest erpnext instance, but if there is attachment with hungarian charachter the system rename attachment automatically.

Examples:

Original file name as attachment in email:
Külf.száll rl 171231.pdf
Vevő rl 171231.pdf
száll rl.pdf
függő 17.pdf

and we get in erpnext the follows:
SlR9lF4.pdf
0jw8dZ1.pdf
jA7IIIU.pdf
fuc8Sxk.pdf

do you have guys any idea to fix this? Thank you very much for your great work. ERPNext rocks!

we have fixed character issue on our system:

@clarkej @saurabh6790 My problem is fixed, and this is how i fixed it, I checked perl locals settings and found out that there is no arabic local ar-utf-8 setting in iy, i added it to the en-utf-8 and tried backup again, and it worked for all files Thanks guys, but did not think that the solution would be that simple Hope it would help other guys if they face same error but with other languages i used this lilnk to change perl locals so thought i would help other people on ho…

but this file renaming still there.

One more interesting thing is. When we realized this renaming issue, we saw one file which extension has modified by erpnext from xls to xlb.

Any clue?
