Workorder table is not updating

Workorder table is not not getting updated from sales order or bom.
I am using following versions:
ERPNext: v12.1.5 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.0.15 (version-12)

Check if “Include Item in Manufacturing” flag is selected on the item master

the item has default bom

It was working in earlier version of 12.0.8, but after update i am facing this issue.

Please check on the Raw Material if the flag is selected

it is working after reinstalled bench and updated
