Hi all,
My users are receiving workflow actions relating to the approval and processing of purchase orders.
I have two templates setup for purchase orders one for suppliers and one for approvers (with internal names/dates/part numbers etc).
The default print format for purchase orders is the supplier facing one.
Is there a way to control which print format is used when the workflow action email is sent?
Currently it uses the default purchase order format, which is for suppliers.
I would like to be able to send the approver facing version in the workflow action.
Any thoughts?
