Hello dears
i need to get previous document number into the next one like
material request number into purchase order doctype and print
purchase order no into purchase receipt doctype and print
also purchase receipt no into purchase invoice doctype and print
so the number fetch automatically from doctype to the next one
how can i do this ??
The no. of previous document is generally added in the Item table. Just make that field Referene No./Material Request ID / Purchase Order ID / Purchase Receipt ID field (in the relevant document) visible in the Print Format.
