Important question

is there any solution to change operating system of server from linux ubtun to be windows server or any operating near this

or must be linux windows

kindly note that I have many Employees working on this system on line

and it’s not on cloud.

You can run ERPnext in Docker: https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/

You can also try to install all the necessary components locally (python, mariadb, etc.), but it will not be a good solution.
