Why docs menu on frappeframework.com points to introduction page, instead of actual docs?

When I click “Get Started” it shows what a developer expects, Introduction page. But when a developer clicks on the docs menu, he/she is expecting the docs, not the “Introduction” page.

That’s a good observation IMHO. You can submit a Github issue or PR. Frappé/frappe_docs issues
