Why can't I add the same item multiple times in the Blanket Order?

Hello, it’s strange. Why can’t I add the same item multiple times in the Blanket Order? I can in the Material Request and Purchase Order and other documents.
So why specifically I can’t? and what is the other solution?

And something else, why when I create a Sales Order from a Blanket Order, it doesn’t fetch the items from the BO?
