Where to code custom Web Page

I want to create a custom web page with custom html and css like creating a custom carousel with href links, where should i code?

You should try and explore the Website Module. Also check Web Page in it. There is a tutorial on YouTube, it should get you started

thanks for your response, ive watched the video already but want to create a custom html design, the website slideshow doesnt seem to allow href function that’s why i want to create it using html and css.
