Where is Payment Tool in V7

I was testing the Payment Tool in V6 last month but looks like it is not in V7.
Is that by design?

Hey Jay,

I understand the payment entry. What I am after is the payment tool which helps to consolidate multiple purchase invoice in one payment form. I can see it’s somehow been removed but it is in V6.
This is the doctype in the V6 code repository I am talking about:

the payment tool does exactly just that, pay/receive multiple purchase/sales invoices in one go

Ah~ Got it.
The payment tool link has been removed but the payment entry handles all.
