Where can i find user permission manager? and default POS user

Where can i find user permission manager? it seems i had trouble making permissions in a user… sorry but im so new at this module . i want to set an access in a certain user for a branch manager . can someone can help me set its user permissions like the POS …I already made a POS Profile…

How can i set a default user for pos … example the branch manager can only access its branch account that i set for the branch… it means a default user for every branch…is it possible?
