When we open library member form then LM00001 should be shown in that field name automatically
On Creation of “member” you have serial number as default change to Name.

I want to update the naming series [LM00001] in the existing doctype .That should be get updated in the another field when i save the form
- On the doc type you need to first populate “Naming” Field to either ‘name’ or ‘full name’ … this is for new members.
- You Can Try “Rename” , so click on “LM00001” and rename it to the name you want, this is for existing.
I want to update a another field in the same doctype with naming series . i.e LMOOO1 Should be shown in another field when it’s save
You mean to say that whatever the naming series is there that same should be fetch in the field name?
