In Customer Doctype status has three options as Active,Open and Dormant what is the criteria that a Customer become Dormant.
When customer is not active, your can set it’s status as Dormant. For now, status is not updated automatically.
If I manually change the status It automatically coming back to Active even if nothing pending for that customer
