Having an issue with sorting tasks by priority. It seems its taking it alphabetically instead of Low Medium High Urgent (Or the reverse) like how we would like.
Customizing the priority field doesn’t seem to allow mapping of the words to a value eg. (Low = 1, Medium = 2, etc)
edit ideally we wouldnt replace the selection list with 1,2,3,4 and could keep the current terms
Any insights?

I tried this on my end and yes the ordering doesn’t work as expected. I am trying to customize the doctype and trying different combinations in List Settings > Sort Field as an alternate solution, you can try too if you haven’t already.
I think this should be treated as a bug.
