What is the appropriate permission for each user to see the communication type on Report:Communicaion

Hello guys,

Please refer to my screenshot below, if I log in as a system manager, it would show the complete event type on the Communication Report.

But if I log in as a sales user account, it shows the event type without EMail.

Is anyone knows how to set the permission for our sales user to see the complete event type on the Communication Report?
