I am interested in your partner network. I spoke to you a while back about this. Maybe its time to continue the discussion now that you have someone devoted to this. The updates to the product look great! Welcome Viral.

Yes, next week would be good. I have quite a few implementations of open source systems under my belt now, mostly with xtuple, various editions. But that solution is still not web based, and can be quite complex and expensive, especially for smaller companies. I really like what you have been doing with the system, and many of the improvements that you have made. I really don't see any alternatives that come close, in terms of functionality, flexibility, ease of use, value etc. But there are not many people around here (Canada and US) who are aware of this solution, and why it is better. I have found that there is an important role for the business consultant, and implementer. Many of the small and medium sized businesses that I have been involved with don't know how to evaluate and select a system, chose a strategy or implement it properly. This is especially true for companies that want to implement in-house, which your system allows.

Last time we spoke you didn't feel there was much use in having a partner network due to the target market and business model, and you were more interested in selling directly. I am not looking for any any share of the monthly fees. We make our revenue from consulting services. But I do need access to partner/support when I can't resolve a problem, or resources for customization. Also, training would be good especially in the early stages. I think that alliances like this work well for the other ERP companies, and can benefit all parties. Anyways, lets talk again and see where things stand.

Dear all,

We are happy to welcome a new member to our team Viral Dhruv. He is our first hire in almost a year and we are excited to have him on board. Viral's job will be to increase conversions from trial to customers and also build our partner network. Viral has closed more than 100 software deals with small business in his previous company selling security systems and we hope some of his skill help us increase the size of our community.
