Welcome email title

Dear Communities:

I want to revise the title “Welcome to ERPNext”
but I can not find it in new_user.html
where should I change it?

I suggest if you want Dynamic Welcome Email Subject as feature please create git hub issue or send PR.

Changes in user.py affect your future updates.
