Weird Account only fetching old exchange rate

Dear Community,

I am at my wits end. I am using a Journal Entry.

I have an account that no matter what, it fetched the old exchange rate. All other accounts are able to fetch the latest exchange rate. Even if I change the exchange rate manually, upon saving, it will convert back to the old exchange rate!

Thank you very much to anyone who is able to point me in the right direction.

Can you delete that Exchange Rate master and then check?

Hi @umair

I have already deleted and it is the same.
It does fetch the new account rate but upon save, it goes back to the old rate.

This also happens when I create a new journal entry with the same account.

Please clear the cache of your browser, specially for your ERPNext account and then try creating a transaction.
