Cool. However with plenty of easy & free website builders around (eg
Google Sites) i guess/hope the real asset of this extension will be
the integration with ERPNext.
Hope to find in the zero release: Catalogue linked with ERPNext Item
master with price and availability (stock) info.
At present we have a website/webshop and 50% of the sales pass here,
we receive a mail with order, make contact for either delivery or
collecting the item at our home.
A paper invoice is prepared, and this data is typed into our POS
programme.
The other 50% just call to make the order, or pass by, or send a mail
(not using the webshop), or…
Again, a paper invoice is prepared, and this data is typed into our
POS programme.
So I do see increased efficiency.

Hi all,
Really excited to show you a sneak preview of a new feature we plan to unveil in the next few days.
We realized that most of our customers did not have good websites or many none. Maintaining a good website is a pain, so we decided to integrate a website management module in the ERP… This will also be the stepping stone to a full fledged web-store.
Some features are
- Make a full website with almost no HTML
- Banners, menus, footers
- Contact Us / About Us
- Blogging engine - with RSS feed
- Search friendly - with sitemap.xml generation
- Product catalogue
- Change background, fonts, banners etc.
Here is a preview site:

And our own site, which we may move to very soon
