Warning "Please clear the Payment Schedule Table" when open sales invoice

I need to amend the sales invoice that already created.
But after I open document sales invoice there is warning “Please clear the Payment Schedule Table” and button “Amend” not there but it change to “Update”

Delete the row from the payments schedule table below and save :

It cannot be delete, because the document is submitted…

You’ll need to cancel the document first.

Document is already submit and go status Overdue

When I open the document first time I look like this

Please check…I think you have custom script that changing field value even the document is submitted
