Version 5 and the initial Wizard

I have been testing V5 now for a month, at the time of of install a month ago the version 5 install and wizard ran correctly.
However I re installed from scratch this weekend and things do not really work.

  1. bench frappe --get_untranslated throws an error

  2. The wizard does not allow one to select a chart of accounts.

  3. During the Wizard, why ask for a bank account when you have Charts of Accounts?

  4. When I finish the Wizard I get several errors:
    Setting this Address Template as default as there is no other default - Type Manufacturing

Page 0 not found

I followed the same procedure as before and I am wondering what I might be doing wrong?
