If two or more rules overlap based on "Apply On", then the following prioritization is applied = Item Code > Item Group > Brand
If two or more rules overlap based on "Applicable for", then the following prioritization is applied = Customer > Customer Group (I did not test the other fields yet)
If there is a priority conflict between “Apply On” and “Applicable for”, the Priority #s must be use (this is a number between 0 to 20 that can be set, default = 0 )
Priority = higher number means it will take precedence if there is conflict
Blank priority = 0 priority (lower than a 1)
Fixed price always overrides price discount, regardless of priority number assigned (I think this is a bug)
** Some Bugs **
Sales Partner for "Applicable for" doesn’t appear to work
Min/Max quantity doesn't work

Thanks Laurence for sharing. This should have been part of documentation.
@Nabin, Can you add this note in the Pricing Rule itself as an HTML field?

We have a detailed discussion on pricing rule at our office today. There are too many things we have to fix. I will add those points in the original pricing rule issue.
