Values is not updated in related doctype

Hi!

I tried to make it work from:

but Supplier gstin value is not updated, why is that? I thought that this scenerio should not only update gstin value in purchase order but also in supplier doctype.

Can you share steps to replicate? There are 2 scenarios in that link – which one are you looking for?
