I use Average costing method and every thing is correct when I read the valuation rate from Item report BUT when I open the Item the revaluation rate dose note change why ??
The valuation rate seen there is not dynamic in nature. It will retain the value which you may have entered while creating the item.
The entry-to-entry valuations are calculated in the stock ledger.
