[V7] Lost autorisation to manage item after upgrade

Hi, after the upgrade to version 7 I can’t manage my item anymore, the system says I don’t have the permission.

When I go to user permision I have the Item manager role.

Clear Cache
First unselect the permission save and then select the permission save again.

Same issue. I can’t fix it with that sollution.
