Thank you for your kind reply.
If i Created New new user and assigned the same role the Quotation and Payment List is appearing in my screen. It is not advisable right. If it happens frequently we can not create multiple users for a single user.
So, what we do for this? Thanks.

You need to check Role Permissions Role Based Permissions

And if there’s non specific User Permission applied User Permissions
