V12 unit tests: 13 failures and 34 errors

Hello,

I have downloaded the v12 VM.

It runs normal.
I tried to run the unit tests for frappe and got 13 failures and 34 errors.
Do I do something wrong?

Version:

frappe@ubuntu:~/frappe-bench/apps/frappe$ git describe --tags
v12.8.0

I first reinstalled everything to have a clean test database:

frappe@ubuntu:~/frappe-bench$ bench reinstall

Then I run the tests:
