As you can see below, in the role permission for Currency Exchange doctype, some are repetitive
Accounts User repeated 3X times
Accounts Manager repeated 4X times
Sales User repeated 3X times
Purchase User repeated 4X times
This usually happen when I am adding/deleting a new ‘rule’
