V11 Desktop Tile View not show the text

Hi there,

I have upgrade the V11 into latest patch as showing below. Unfortunately, the desktop shows blank text in the new tile. Is this because of the Frapper Framework not suppose to be in V12 xxx ?

Both branches need to be on v11 (master) or v12 (develop)

We will add a validation so that it will allow you to upgrade otherwise.
