[v11.1.13] Error while creating a customer

I noticed a strange behaviour while i tried to add a new customer.
With one user (system manager) it is possible to add a customer every time.

With another user who has all the sales permissions it always apears the message:
Represents Company must be unique

This user can not add customers. Is that a bug maybe?

sometimes after a refresh it works, but it is not deterministic.

Error does not seems to be for user permission but it is something about duplicate entries. Are you putting same entries (customer, represents company) for both the attempts ?

Yes, i always put in a new name for the customer. The other fields (customer group, region, type) stay the same which should work from my point of view.

It works with the other user every time as expected. The issue only occurs with that one user.


Same problem here. I cannot create a customer anymore. I have all the rights in the ERP and am the person who has created all previous customers, so it’s clearly not an access problem.

Tried creating a custom from a lead, or a new custom and neither worked.

Any solution yet?

EDIT: tested with another user an I could create it with theirs (they also have access to everything)
