User unable to share document or see comments on Expense Claim

Hello everyone,
I have a weird issue where one user cannot see the comments on and share/assign an expense claim, it seems they do not have some permission that I have not been able to figure out. Here are three screenshots from users with different roles

User with Employee role with no access to comments and share/assign

User with Accounts Manager role with access to comments and share/assign for the same document

User with Manager role with access to comments and share/assign for the same document

Please let me know what I am missing, thank you

The solution is in the role, check the chat box in the role of the users that cannot see the chat

Hey there is no chat option?

Try checking all the other options. I am not sure why you don’t have the chat option.

After enabling Timeline the comment’s box is visible to Employee role.
