User Permissions Value not showing

I tried to setup User permissions to restrict access to Company B of two users from Company A.

I saved the record for one user but for second user, the Value field is not prompting the Company B name .
It is empty

Im using Administrator user by the way.Can anyone help?

Could you share a screenshot of the values populated in the For Value dropdown? It should include all companies by default.

It was not showing any values . Issue is solved when i checked Ignore User permissions when missing

It works fine now
