I faced this problem during the upgrade of my erpnext. anyone can help ?
Use only
bench switch-to-branch version-13 --upgrade

I don’t think it’s the command , since I upgraded other servers with same command before

go to apps/frappe and share the output of the command
git remote -v
can you check if branch version-13 exists in the repo ??
