when I am trying to execute bench update on v13 this error occurs
please help me

It may help to say what operating environment, how bench was installed and whether it has been updated without trouble in the past.
I did get a similar error on v12 to 13 upgrade.
Had a couple of other issues.
Cannot remember what did to resolve.
May have been running bench upgrade with pip3 …
