Unset Spam for E-Mail

Sometimes I accidentally set e-mails to spam. I have no idea where to un-set or revoke this option.

That should depend on your email service!

Usually adding to Contacts does the job.

So, that means, when I select “Mark as Spam” in ERP this is passed on to my e-mail server? Will the e-mail also be in the spam folder of my IMAP-folder on the e-mail server and or user mailbox?

Check Email Rule. It will create an email rule for the spam account

I can see the listview of email rule but can’t make any changes there. What’s the right approach here?
