Unlimited User License

Hi,

I have a client who wants to know if ERPNext can support up to 400 users with the unlimited user license. I’ve always wondered about this myself so I’d really like to know exactly how many users can be supported in one instance of ERPNext.
Cheers!

Kind regards,

Olawale,

There is no limit in theory. If you can setup a dedicated server with at least 4GB of RAM, you should be fine.

best,
Rushabh

If they are all not active, then its okay.

But if they are really 400 users, then they should setup their own server. I am sure they can afford it.
