Unable to save Customer in V12

Hi team ,

I have created a customer using quick window in V 12 and i have created customer email id and mobile number in quick window. Later i have added customer address and contact details in customer form. But when i am trying to save from the customer window its showing error, plz find the screenshot

Check your custom form, mobile_no column. may be some duplication.
