Open your terminal and go to your setup frappe-bench folder and follow the instruction.
e.g. /home/user/setup_folder_name/frappe-bench
FYI this was on ERPNext Cloud. Cleared banner_html and head_html from your pages.
Generally, don’t add fancy JS in those pages, try playing with pure html + css
