Unable to delete clinical procedure template

Hi,

I am unable to delete a clinical procedure template. I get the following error

Cannot delete or cancel because Item ITEM-000002- is linked with Clinical Procedure Template [TURP](http://erp.patelhospital.com/desk#Form/Clinical Procedure Template/TURP)Not permitted. Please disable the Procedure Template

however when i try to delete the item it is linked to, i get the error

I need to delete this. please advise

Same here, cannot delete Clinical Procedure Template.

I had to use dbeaver and delete both directly from the database

yes, you can always bench into mariadb and delete from he tabs, but is like a last resort and not very clean.

Have you tried to cancel or delete the procedure before?

Im talking about the clinical procedure template.(master). If i try to delete the procedure, it says linked to item, if i try to delete item, it says linked to item
