Unable to create new Lead. [Error Lead-000X exist]

Hello,

Seeking for your assistance on the issue we are facing currently as per below:

  1.  Tried to create new lead and it failed. The new running number is not generated, error message pops up referring

to the previous leads.

Attached is the screenshot of the error message.

Will be very helpful if you could provide us the solution for this.

Clear your browser cache and try again. Could not replicate it.

seems like your naming series counter is messed up.

  • type Naming Series in search box and open its form view.
  • select LEAD- as Prefix.
  • Change Current Value to 3
  • Click Update Serial Number

Try and create new Lead after following the above.
