Unable to change email setting

I changed my email address for user and try to change  email setting but didn’t succeed

Error Message:

 

Invalid Outgoing Mail Server's Login Id or Password. Please rectify and try again

Hi Mahr,

The message clearly indicates that the login ID or password of the outgoing email settings is/are incorrect. 

Saving a user requires email settings to be correct as the system sends an email to inform the user. 

If you are sure that the emails settings are correct, paste the output of error console at pastebin.com and send the link of the paste. It could help track down the issue.
