I want to modify the dashboard icons into a table with rows and columns & desktop icons should be present in dashboard table . How we can achieve this ?

Can you rephrase the question?
You need the names of the icons in an excel sheet or you need the icons to be in table in the html example td…td ?
You do realise that you can drag the icons into any position you wish also you can add the icons based on the modules you have enabled to the user/s
