If a user creates a ToDo (Tools > ToDo) shouldn’t that automatically be marked as “assigned by” [user-who-creates-ToDo]?
I am aware that there will be cases where someone creates a task assigned to herself but assigned actually by someone else. In such a case that still could be changed manually but I would expect the “assigned by” as well as the “assigned to” to be auto-populated with the user that creates a ToDo.
