I am interacting with some erp functional and technical developers who work for company which uses adempiere, I have introduced them to ERPNext, but they seems not much motivated.
I think some level of mentoring will help, The role to mentor the developers I have to take it, at least in the beginning of the evaluation phase.
I plan to show them the development tools, how to start with it. I myself not being a programmer or not familiar with the development tools in erpnext, but I want to take the initiative.
Can some one point me to some url or videos , for a new comer as erpnext developers

Developer training sessions for Frappe. This will help them build apps in Frappe and thus ERPNext.
